• Successful completion of the 60 clock hour Real Estate Fundamentals Course

Real estate agent(s) wear many hats. They develop skills in prospecting, pricing, erchandising, marketing, negotiating, finance and human relations. What does it take? We're in the people business, so you should enjoy working with people. We're also in the service business, so a good real estate agent(s) must be committed to delivering remarkable service. Finally, real estate agent(s) are self-employed, so they must have great discipline. Combine those three factors together and you can have a rewarding career in the real estate field.

What fees are involved?

• WA Real Estate Online Fundamentals: $349

• Examination Fee: $138.25

• Original License Fee: $146.25

 

How long will it take to actually receive my license?

• 60 hours of RE Fundamentals coursework – average one month

• 2-4 business days to receive course completion certification by mail

• Approximately 1 week to schedule and sit for the state exam

• Approximately 1-2 weeks to receive your license from the State

 

What are the Washington Renewal Requirements?

1st Active Renewal Requirement:

• Washington Real Estate Practices Course – 30 clock hours

• Core Curriculum Course – 3 hours
• Renewal Fee (2 yrs.): $146.25

 

Subsequent Renewals: every 2 years, on or before your birthdate

• Elective Course/s -30 clock hours

• Core Curriculum Course – 3 hours
