Prior to the move, we assist the client by assessing their housing needs, lifestyle preferences and community priorities. The client receives a relocation package introducing the new destination city, with community information, local attractions, as well as school and cost of living comparisons. These packages may be customized according to the client's needs.
Home Finding
The team best suited to the client is chosen from our pool of highly trained and certified Relocation agents. This real estate professional assists the client with house-hunting trips and all aspects of the real estate transaction from contract negotiation to escrow.
Rental Assistance
Titan agents assist transferees in finding rental properties for lease within our market area.
In cases where shorter term leases are required and temporary housing is the order of the day, Titan has established relationships with Streamline Mobility, Apartment Finders and Accommodations Plus in an effort to provide the client with a complete relocation package.
Streamline Mobility is a full service relocation company that caters to the transferees every need. Their ability to customize their services to suit the individual client's needs and their commitment to excellent customer service is what defines them.
Apartment Finders of Seattle is the Northwest's largest rental service provider, offering rental assistance to over 1200 transferees and renters each month. They are the only full service apartment locator that provides tours, destination services, and free assistance. They have over 50,000 base units of top apartment communities and privately owned condominiums and townhouses.
Accommodations Plus is a boutique-style service where fully furnished quality units are located and customized according to the client's needs and specifications.
Rental Tours
Half-day tours: (3-4 hours) include the comprehensive research of rental options, appointments for 4-6 homes and any additional services (hotel or airport pick-up, city or neighborhood tours, school and daycare information, furniture rental assistance, social security application, bank account set-up).
Average cost is $350.
Full-day tours: (5-7 hours) include rental options, 5-8 rental appointments, orientation and preview of area. These may include additional services as requested.
Average cost is $500.
