Home Marketing
Titan Real Estate offers Home Evaluations, Comparative Market Analysis and the Estimated Net Proceeds from the sale of the property which assists the Seller in their decision-making process. Once Titan obtains the listing, we develop and strictly adhere to a Personalized Marketing Plan. We provide regular Market Activity Updates which keep both the Seller and the third party relocation company abreast of market activity directly impacting the subject property.
